Hensarling Votes to Protect Our Most Vulnerable: Unborn Children

WASHINGTON – Congressman Jeb Hensarling (R-TX), issued the following statement today in support of H.R. 1797, the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which institutes a nationwide ban on abortion of unborn children 20 weeks after fertilization.
