WASHINGTON – Today, the House passed, and Congressman Jeb Hensarling (R-TX) voted for, the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act (H.R. 7).  This bill permanently prohibits federal funding for abortion and funding for any insurance plan that includes abortion on demand.
